Limited Lifetime Warranty - Fabricated Production Products

What is covered?

All defects in materials or workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing^® in line, fabricated production products (meaning non-custom, non-special order products) except those listed below under One Year Warranty.

For how Long?

This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

 

 

1 Year Limited Warranty - Lighting and Harnesses

What is covered?

All defects in materials on workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing lighting products (e.g., lamps and wire harnesses).

For How Long?

This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts one year from the date of purchase. This warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

 

 

2 Year Limited Warranty - Chrome Bumpers

What is covered?

All defects in materials or workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing Chrome Bumpers.

For How Long?

This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last two years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

 

 

3 Year Limited Warranty - Exhaust Kits and Components

What is covered?

All defects in materials or workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing Exhaust Kits and Components.

For How Long?

This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last two years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

 

 

3 Year Limited Warranty - Hero Series Lights

What is covered?

All defects in materials or workmanship on select properly installed Roadworks Manufacturing Hero series lights, including Hero H1, H3, Watermelon, and Mini Watermelon lights.

For How Long?

This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last three years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

What RoadWorks Will Do:

During any applicable warranty period listed previously, RoadWorks® Manufacturing, Inc. will inspect the parts and determine if they qualify for coverage according to the terms and limitations of this warranty. Roadworks Manufacturing will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge and ship them back to you with freight prepaid. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, Roadworks Manufacturing may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value. Liability in all cases is limited to the original purchase price.

What These Warranties Will Not Cover:

These warranties do not cover special order products. These warranties do not cover any loss, damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation, modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Items damaged during shipment are not covered by this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

How to Get Service:

A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may contact Roadworks Manufacturing Customer Service directly at 1-800-448-4781 to obtain more information. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty returns. Returns made to Roadworks Manufacturing will not be accepted without prior authorization from Roadworks Manufacturing.

How Does State Law Apply?

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.
